“Cultural Pension” – An Active Way Of Providing For The Elderly

At present our country has entered the aging society,a striking feature is the old aging society has reached a certain proportion in the total population.The elderly according to age groups can be divided into young elder,the middle elder and the elder elder,and the young elder is very representative,their physiology and mental health status are both in good condition.In this part,some young elder has already study cultural project such as the elder university study,so the idea of a "cultural endowment",has been in practice in different degrees.Based on the fact,taking the elder university students in Hohhot as researchers,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to know the characteristics of the elder in this part,elder university in Hohhot,the elder university in Inner Mongolia,the mass culture museum of art,qiaohua community,three part of of the people "cultural endowment" practices and existing problems of institution community and home,and starting from the specific problems put forward promote younger elderly pension "culture" level of development countermeasures.Young elder in of the "cultural endowment" are difference in different region,through to this research in Hohhot,even does not have universal significance,but has important significance in ethnic areas.The paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the study of "cultural endowment" background,research significance,the research both at home and abroad,the definition and the introduction of methods;The second part is based on the analysis data to young elder;The third part is the combination of interviews and field visits,analysis of the young elder "cultural endowment" practice and the existing problems;The fourth part from five levels of upgrading countermeasures of the development level of young elderly pension "culture" from the concept,the government,communities,families and individuals combined with the actual problem,and from the angle of macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the meaning of"cultural endowment".
