Research On Smart Community’s Construction And Operating Mode For Real Estate Enterprise

In the first half of this year, there are some new changes in domestic real estate industry. For example, realty investment and area of new development continued to fall; the housing price tended to stop rising; individual real estate projects in some cities even dropped its sales price. Under this background, many real estate enterprises began to plan its transition. Beginning in the year2014, with Vanke in the lead, many companies started to think deeply of using internet to industry change. After that, smart community gradually became a solution out of business transformation. However, as the construction level of smart community for real estate enterprises is still on the initial stage, there are many problems and shortcomings. In consequence this paper focuses on the construction and operation of smart community for exploratory research.Taking the smart community as the main object, there are two important elements in this paper, including the summary of theoretical system of smart community and construction and operating mode for real estate enterprise. Firstly, the background and present situations of the research are described. Secondly, the theoretical system of the subject is concluded, in which domestic development status, existing problems and technical system of smart community are paid more attention. Based on the discussion of current situation of the real estate industry, business model with real estate enterprises as the leading position is analysed. Finally, an example is analyzed about the solution platform. The research is of great significance to provide a theoretical reference for real estate enterprises, which will be useful for enterprise transform under the developing circumstances.
