Research On Factors That Influencing The Implementation Of The Party’s Mass Line

The mass line is the Chinese Communist Party’s fine tradition and politicaladvantage,and it’s the fundamental job course of Chinese Communist effective andconstituent line. Just for adhering to the mass line, the Chinese Communist Party overcomenumerous difficulties and dangers and won one victory after another in therevolution,construction and reform.It could be argued that the mass line is the importantweapon that the Chinese Communist Party won a series of victories in therevolution,construction and reform.In a word, the mass line is the lifeline of ChineseCommunist Party,and carrying out the mass line has very important and value meaning.Anytime,we should always adhere to the mass line without wavering.However,since the reform and opening policy,with the further development of thesocialist market economy,some new situations, such as social stratification,socialinformatization,credibility crisis,the uncertainty of social stability,challenge theimplementation of the mass line.Meanwhile,during the process of implementing the massline,many serious problems exist in some party members cadres,especially leading cadres.Forexample,some Party members and cadres didn’t have much inducement to carry out the massline,some Party members and cadres lack of ability,some Party members and cadres takeimproper methods,and some Party members and cadre’s style is bad,and so on.The deepcauses lie in that the implementation of the mass line has been affected by many factors inrecent years.These factors mainly includes ideal and belief’s deficiency,“governmentofficial-oriented”thought,system and institutionalization’s inadequacy,etc. The mass line isseverely circumscribed by these factors at present,so it becomes more difficult for ChineseCommunist Party to realize the mass line’s goal.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature research,comparison and analysis. Based on affirming the importance of the mass line,this thesis analyses the challenges andproblems confronted by Chinese Communist Party in carrying on the mass line,and thenfurther explores the various factors that influencing the implementation of the Party’s massline. At last,this text try its best to explore more effective ways to carry out the mass linebetter and make the Party-mass relationship closer and really realize the mass line’s goal assoon as possible,so that the Chinese Communist Party will go on from victory to victory inthe near future.
