The Research Of Communist Party Members And Cadres Ideals And Beliefs Education In Yan’an Period

Strengthening the ideal and belief education is the basic requirement ofmaintaining the advanced nature of the Communists. The Communist Party ofChinese has always considered strengthening the education of ideal and faith as theparty’s political task since the date of its birth. It played different roles at differentstages for bringing the new through the old, and constantly enriches improving thecontent of ideal and belief education, combining with the conditions of China. Theideal and belief education not only gets the achievement of the dedicated men andwomen for the revolution, but also has an important foundation for the ChineseCommunist from weak to strong, from poverty to the prosperity of the Chinese nation,and has become the important spiritual wealth of our party in the war. In the newsituation, finding the answer from the historical experiences and lessons has becomeone of the important topics for researching the Party members and cadres’ beliefeducation in the new period. The18th Party Congress’s report raised to strengthen andimprove the education and training of cadres for the new period and has indicated thepath to improve the cadres’ training work.This article discusses our party referred “national salvation and survival”,“leftideology overflow” reality, combined the ideal and belief’s education theory andnational situation, and gradually melt into the military struggle, production and otheraspects of life during the period of Yan an, revolving around that period’s ideal andbelief education’s background, theoretical basis, principle, mode, content,characteristics, effect, enlightenment and other aspects. It has played the very important role for the victory of the revolution.Through the research, we find that the education of ideal and belief is notimmutable and frozen; it must learn the new content from the historical and realisticconditions. Under the new situation, the ideal and belief education of party cadres isparticularly important, the party member cadres’ structure, ideology, socialenvironment has changed a lot than before. Strengthen the ideal and belief educationis directly related to the issue of the trust and future of our party. Innovating ideal andbelief education theory must adopt new ways, carries and methods to get ideas andenlightenments from tradition. We must bold to reform in all aspects to make ourparty member cadres set up the ideal and belief firmly, believe the party, trust theparty and strive towards the realization of the great socialism with Chinesecharacteristics.
