Research On Legal Problems Of Yue Bao

YuE Bao, as a miracle during the Internet financial development currently, has achieved rapid development in an extremely short time by virtue of the basis laid by Alipay and powerful publicity. Due to its novelty and rapid development, YuE Bao’s built-in problems have occurred increasingly. What is worse, the lack of supervision over YuE Bao gives rise to doubts from many aspects since its emergence. However, under the pressure from outside, YuE Bao still wins the recognition of customers, and contributes to the myth-making in the industry.Development of Internet finance has made a main trend. If 2013 is the first development year for such Internet finance products as YuE Bao, then 2015 will be the first supervision year for the Internet finance after rapid development of 2014. The existing risks and focus questions of widespread controversy brought about by YuE Bao will be represented in the form of legal risks and supervision problems ultimately, and will be finally resolved by means of legal regulation.This thesis is divided into five parts to research relevant legal questions of YuE Bao. The first part is the "Introduction", it mainly introduces the background and significance of the research on YuE Bao, research status of these questions at home and abroad currently, and the scope of the study and methods. The second part is about the overview of YuE Bao, mainly including the emergence of YuE Bao, operating process, development history and impacts on all aspects of the society. The third part presents foreign patterns similar to YuE Bao and relevant legal systems, and concludes the inspiration. Legal attributes of YuE Bao, its supervision and some issues in user protection are expounded in the fourth part, and the fifth part proposes some suggestions for solving the deficiency put forward in the fourth part. Finally, for the conclusion, the author hopes this research on YuE Bao will be conducive to improving the supervision over YuE Bao legally and enhancing user protection so as to accelerate long-term and healthy development of YuE Bao. Meanwhile, the author also hopes this thesis will make contributions to the improvement of relevant Internet financial systems.
