Such discussion has brought posterity views of Weber is the founder of the theory of elite democracy, Weber’s position in the history of political thought has been positioned in the elite theory of democracy camp. However, the paper believes that if Weber’s methodology itself since the beginning of understanding the political ideology of sociology Weber and his lament for the bureaucracy system,they can be found in Weber hardly be called democratic elite commentators.
