Study On The Administrative Moral Construction Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In New Media Era

Administrative morality as a kind of spiritual power, which can keeps the administrative power with in bounds effectively. The construction of administrative morality as an important part of social morality construction has guiding function to the whole social morality. With the coming of information age, the development and widely use of new media, which bring great opportunities for administrative morality construction, meanwhile, also makes it facing a severe challenge, the new media age is the research background of this paper. Therefore the first chapter this paper analyzes on the concept and characteristics of new media and administrative morality, discusses the significance of the administrative morality construction from three aspects, which are the overall social moral construction, promote execute administrative power according to the laws, and prevent corruption.Our country has attached great importance to the administrative morality construction in all ages, rooted in the Chinese traditional political culture, and continuously developed and modified in the process of our country’s socialism revolution and construction, therefore we’ve formed the socialism administrative morality with Chinese characteristics. Then, the second chapter makes general sorting about the origin of traditional ideological source and theory basis of the construction of socialism administrative morality with Chinese characteristics. Traditional ideological source mainly expounds the representative official virtue construction thought of Confucianism, Taoism, Legalism. Theoretical basis consists of Mao Zedong thought moral judgment about leading cadres as well as the main administrative moralities constructions thought of socialism theory system with Chinese characteristics of the construction.The third chapter of this paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of new media, analyzes the opportunities and challenges that brought by the development of new media for the administrative morality construction, and face up to the present situation of administrative morality construction of our country in the new media age, summarized the administrative moral anomie phenomenon from five perspectives, analyzes the internal and external factors that caused administrative moral anomies. Put forward ways to strengthen the construction of administrative ethics in the fourth chapter from five aspects--education training, modify the evaluation mechanism system, strengthen the legal system construction, perfect supervision mechanism, and strengthen self-cultivation.
