Research And Application Of Labor Dispute Arbitration System Platform

In recent years, with China’s economic and social development, the labor dispute cases are increasing year by year. Labors are aware of their self legal right more than before, especially after the Labor Contract Law and Labor Dispute Mediation Arbitration Law are issued and implemented. So, the labors’ dispute arbitration cases were visibly increasing. At the same time, the traditional methods of the labor dispute arbitration can not be satisfied the labor arbitration’s demand, although the labor arbitration system has been applied, but the lack of information sharing between systems and poor intelligent decision is also affect the process of system build. Therefore, the new labor dispute arbitration system wants to adapt today’s demand, it must have powerful functions of the system and the interconnection between system and the sharing and optimizing of data interface and the humanized intelligent decision.This paper designed from the information of the labor dispute arbitration and the idea of software engineering which is using the technology of JavaEE framework which is mature and the better design of the system and optimizes the function of each part of the system, and pays more consideration to the security measures of system. Besides, in order to improve the intelligent decision ability for labor dispute arbitration system, these paper innovative designs the Warning-Model of Labor Arbitration Mediation this is based on AHP algorithm to establish 3 super fine indexes and 10 suborder index and the evaluation and judgment of the system. And then it can build matrix which is combined with the evaluation indicators and expert data. By calculating the warning algorithm to obtain higher evaluation index weights which can get reliable warning information, this can provide the necessary basis for decision making of the whole process of the labor dispute arbitration.By designing the labor dispute arbitration system, we can achieve the basic requirements and standards which have complete function and flexible using and advanced technology. Through the system integration interface, it achieves powerful and introduction of component technology. It provides more resources for the system function expansion,especially the innovative design of the warning module which can provide relatively scientific and reliable information for decision-making, besides it can improve the work efficiency of the labor dispute arbitration.
