Marxism is the science of human liberation, the carrier of whose practice is the international communist movement and the socialism movement. The process of this movement no doubt involves many countries, the participation of the general public, meets different era environments, accompanying the nationalization, temporization and popularization of Marxism. After the Radical Social Changes in Soviet and East Europe, the center of the world socialism movement shifted to China. Its goal is to realize the nationalization in China. And the goal is to realize the socialization, to make the public accept the latest achievements of sinicization of Marxism at the present stage and to respect the principal position of the people, to create the spreading methods of Marxism and construct learning Marxist party to achieve its goal preset.Human social practice activity usually requires three elements: space, time and the main body. The sinicization of Marxism is the element of space, the temporization of Marxism is the factor of time, while the popularization of Marxism is the factor of the main body. “Three-izations”of Marxism can be seen as the understanding of the socialism with Chinese characteristics from different dimensions, different levels and different fields, which become unified in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. None of the three practical elements can be neglected, therefore, they are in a parallel relation, all of which has its own definite connotation; The great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics starts in the course of sinicization of Marxism, deepens in the temporization of Marxism, achieves successful interpretation in the popularization of Marxism, which reflects the progressive relationship. Each of the three processes has its own three basic elements, and has a close relationship with other two ones, which mirrors the financing relationship among the three.
