The Study Of Main Social Ideological Trend In Contemporary China

Scholars in our country at present study the social ideological trends fromdifferent angles and classification, there are three trends, four ideas, five trends and sixideas, etc. These studies are worthy of reference, but there are also some disadvantages.New left socialist ideological trend, historical nihilism idea, universal valuesproposition do not adapt to the development of social economy and politics in Chinatoday, they are not the main trend in contemporary Chinese society any more. The firstpart of this content is embodied in the first chapter of this article. According to the newcharacteristics of contemporary social development in China, as well as the backgroundand the latest development trend of internation, this paper profoundly reveals fivekinds of social ideological trends with great influences in contemporary China. Fromchapter two to chapter six, this paper discusses the background, causes, and basic pointsof the new liberalism ideological trend in contemporary China, the thoughts of socialdemocracy in contemporary China, the cultural conservatism ideological trend incontemporary China, the nationalism trend in contemporary China and national populistideological trend in the contemporary China. The last part of every chapter goes tostudy the influences of the social ideological trends, analyzing the reasonable factorsand main bias with the basic idea of Marxism and combined with the analysis of therealistic situation, to make a more comprehensive and scientific understanding of eachsocial ideological trend, especially being awake of the main bias or unreasonablefactors. In the last chapter, this article first points out that in today’s economicglobalization and political multi-polarization, Marxism is still the guiding ideology ofsocialist construction in China, which is China’s mainstream ideology. This will notchange, also won’t waver. Contemporary China’s Marxism need to absorb thereasonable components of social ideological trends, at the same time, which also need tocriticize and lead those unreasonable places of social ideological trends.
