Research On National Security Review System Of Foreign Acquisitions

With the development of economic globalization, the increasing foreigneconomic activity, the impact of foreign companies on China’s economy is growing,although foreign companies operating in our country to promote the progress ofChina’s enterprise management, production technology for China’s economicdevelopment to provide new momentum. But too many foreign economic activity alsoposes a threat to national security, while China has promulgated a number ofmanagement systems and regulations, to protect the national security, foreignacquisitions in some extent. However, these laws still exist many problems, there aresome limitations on foreign mergers and acquisitions in the national security reviewsystem.
