The Enlinghtenment On Lnterior Mass Disturbances From The Lnjunctions About The OCLP In Hong Kong

There are two rules about the prohibitions in our country, one is related to the Patent when we joined the WTO in applying for the temporary injunction before litigation; The other one is in the Amendment to Criminal Law (eight) about criminals who are sentenced to public surveillance or probation. Take the OCLP in Hong Kong as an example, this passage mainly analyze whether the interior in China can take the corresponding legislation or not. Meanwhile, finding out that whether we can restrain a number of people from participating in mass disturbances in such a way.There are five parts in the article. The last part is to make a brief summary on the achievements and directions of the policy related to injunctions in our own country.
