There are two rules about the prohibitions in our country, one is related to the Patent when we joined the WTO in applying for the temporary injunction before litigation; The other one is in the Amendment to Criminal Law (eight) about criminals who are sentenced to public surveillance or probation. Take the OCLP in Hong Kong as an example, this passage mainly analyze whether the interior in China can take the corresponding legislation or not. Meanwhile, finding out that whether we can restrain a number of people from participating in mass disturbances in such a way.There are five parts in the article. The first part is talking about the reasons and the injunctions passed by the court due to the OCLP in Hong Kong, and the result of the implementation of the injunctions. The second part is briefly describe the prohibitions in Hong Kong and the relevant rules about injunctions in our country. The third part shows the procedures and methods of dealing with the mass disturbances by the government in our country, and the shortcomings in dealing with it. The fourth part mainly describes the concept of applying the injunctions in mass disturbances in interior areas in China. The last part is to make a brief summary on the achievements and directions of the policy related to injunctions in our own country.
