The research on regional practice issue of Marxism sinicization is in a certain region, according to the thoughts and routes of the party’s principles and policies, and the unique geographical environment and cultural tradition, the regional party develops revolution, construction and reform policies in line with the regional practice, and to implement them. China is vast and each region has a different geographical environment, economic development level and cultural tradition, so the research on regional practice issue of Marxism sinicization is the inherent requirements of Marxism sinicization. Marxism isinicization can give the direction of regional pratice and at the same time realize itself by it. At last both promote the further development of the Marxism sinicization.The QiongYa revolution was part of the new democratic revolution. Insisting the leadership of the Communist Party was the key factor of its success. From the Hainan regional situation, QiongYa revolutionary was the process of Communist Party exploring the characteristics of Marxism sinicization in practice. Compared with other inland revolutions at the same period, QiongYa revolution had similarities with them, but more were different characteristics: QiongYa area is isolated, geographical and natural environment is very special, even once lost contact with the mainland. In this case, QiongYa area still adhered to the unquenchable revolutionary fire, had done the "twenty-three years of red flag". It was a miracle. QiongYa revolutionary had significant regional characteristics, with the characteristics of space, independence and integrity. It is a model of the study of regional pratice of Marxrism sinicization.
