Study On Employees’ Ideological And Political Education Of State-owned Commercial Banks

Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the banking sector, state-owned commercial banks deeply aware of, for the development of enterprise is not only rely on advanced equipment, technology and services, need more promote ideological and political education of the staff. This paper attempts to start from the status quo of the ideological and political education of the state-owned commercial banks, and make a reflection and suggestion on the basis of the combination of theory and practice, and enrich the theoretical basis. Finally, the root cause of the ideological and political education for the state-owned commercial banks lies in the external environment and the individual of the employee two aspects.. The external environment, the traditional ideas lead to ideological and political education, there is always the randomness of volatility, passive mode and supervision cognition, and at the same time the globalization, the development of Internet and the individuality of wave and the ideological and political education proposed new challenges; staff of people, because of the differences in the level of psychological needs and utility consciousness of pursuit, of educational activities proposed higher requirements.
