State-owned Commercial Bank Executives Pay Incentives

With the globalization of finance, how to exert entrepreneur's enthusiasm furthest and construct a scientific, sound , efficient compensation motivating mechanism of entrepreneurs in the state-owned commercial banks are greatly significant. Based on the firm contract theory , human resource theory and incentive theory, this thesis sets up an analysis framework of compensation motivating mechanism and then undertakes a full analysis on the essence of entrepreneur to show the necessities of motivation. Through the satisfaction survey, this thesis analyzes the current situation of compensation motivating mechanism , especially main problems existing in state-owned commercial banks In the view of corporate governance, the lagging reasons and the entrepreneur's responses in this situation are pointed out . At last, this thesis constructs mode of compensation motivating mechanism and puts forward compensation motivating mechanism on the basis of entrepreneurs sharing surplus claim.
