Criminal Procedure Law was modified in 2012.Based on the problem of high rate of custody and extended detention in our country, the Article 93 established the system on necessitycensorship of detaining after arrestment,The establish of this system makes further improve tothe controllingofarrest.It is a big Great progress, At the same time, we must accept that Custody necessity censorship also exposed some problems, it also need more details to improve. This article focus on the system itself and the running of the system,Discuss how to build a more rational procedure and improve the related measures.Based on the problems in the system, this article provides some advices to the detention necessity review.This article is divided into three parts to study the process ofdetention necessity review:The first part is makes a brief analysis of the law and Running status of detention necessity review.The second part makes analysis of theproblems in the running of detention necessity review and the difficulties will occur in the future.The third part put forward my ownperfection suggestion to complete the process ofdetention necessity review.
