Embed Governance:Rural Task Force Mechanism Research

How to get the effective governance in rural areas, it is a historical and realistic problem that had plagued Chinese society. For a long time, Chinese Communist Party reformed the rural area by adopting an approach of dispatching the "work team". The working team played an important role in the rural social changes, and it leaded the rural reform directly. It can be said that the "work team" is not only a special organization engaging in rural work, but also a key word that scanning the rural society change in contemporary China. This paper is prepared to adopt a perspective of embedding governance, takes the work team of Fujian province’s land reform movement as an object of study, investigates that the work team is how to embed the will of the state into the rural area from the process of land reform movement, and re-examines the contemporary value of the working team.
