The issue of women’s development is one of the inevitable social development issues, which has attracted much attention from related theory and international society. In the meantime, governments around the world take various measures to promote the "outline for the development of China women(2001-2010 years)" implementation. However, in many aspects of the effects did not reach the expected effect, also need to be further promoted.
