| This paper analyzed the legal issues by express service contracts generated during practice, proposed measures to resolve the problems, so as to promote the express services industry healthy and sustainable development, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.The first part of the article, find out the definition of the express service contracts, analyze the nature and characteristics of the express service contracts; find out domestic and international regulatory and legislative of express service contracts, thus locate express contracts precise legal position, to analysis of the express contracts subject legal status and legal relations content properly;The second part of the article mainly about the problems of express service contracts,express practice legal issues by asking questions, analyze problems, propose solutions, analyze whether the express service contracts constitutes the standard terms of the contracts, and analyze how to solve the problems of express contracts; analyze the problems during performance of the express service contracts, courier services by improving the internal management system.The main conclusion of this paper is mainly about how to progress and improve legislation of the express service contracts. |
