Studies On Legal Supervision Of Internet Finance

With special resource allocation, third part payment and information processing innovation, Internet finance, which regarded as an effective complement to traditional finance, contributes to not only solving finance problem of small micro enterprises and individuals, but also meeting the consumer demand for financial products investment diversity. Thus, internet finance is the future direction of the finance.Effective regulation of Internet finance is the basic guarantee for the development of Internet finance company, and is of great significance for improvement of China’s financial development and economic prosperity.In this paper, we used normative and empirical research methods to have an in-depth understanding of the Internet finance platform business model and traditional theory of finance supervision. With entity regulation mode and financial depression idea, the existing financial regulatory system lags far behind the development of Internet finance. Consequently, some internet financial platforms have drifted away from the formal financial regulation and cause infringement of financial consumers.Therefore, we consider it necessary and feasible to change the existing idea of financial regulation, turn the entity regulation to the functional regulation, enhance the adaptability of the existing financial legal system, pay more attention to behavior regulation, and construct the financial consumer rights protection system.
