In modern times, Rawls’ Theory of Justice "has become a sign of the revival of political philosophy, while Nozick’s famous is because of the criticism of Rawls. He strongly defended the viewpoint that the rights can not be violated, and conducted a rigorous argument. View on Nozick’s rights has important practical and theoretical significance. From the perspective of political philosophy, he explained the right with a negative sense, and from which he explored a new path to explain the origin of the country and social justice issues. From a political practical level, he put the inviolability of the right as a judge of a standard of conduct standards, providing a new method to solve problems of national and personal boundaries.The whole article is divided into four parts, the authors systematically described the Nozick’s right concept. First, this paper analyzes the historical conditions and theoretical origins of the Nozick’ right concept. At the time, many real problems of the American society has a connection with the practice and theory of the multifunction country, which directly led to the emerge of the view of the Nozick, which mainly reference to the ideas of Kant and Locke. Secondly, the paper describes the theoretical basis and analytical framework of the Nozick rights concept. Rationality, freedom and individualism as the basis, with a analytical framework in the natural state, he derived the view that the rights of the individual are inviolable. Again, the content.
