Comparative Research In Several Problems About Crime With Flight Safety

In contemporary society, air transportation has played an important role in transportation. although there are not so many air crashes in terms of the absolute number, every flight accident has caused worldwide concern, which indicates that the research on crimes involving flight safety is particularly significant. In recent years, flight accidents have occurred very often. Flight safety has become the urgent problem which can’t be ignored. Based on this issue, the research related to flight safety crime has become an inevitable problem in the circle of criminal law.This paper breaks through the conventional research mode, not studying the general crimes, or the specific crimes, but focusing on study of the kind of crime related to flight safety. The reason for integrating and studying this kind of crime as a whole is its characteristics and the theory as well as the difficult judicial problems in practice.In this paper, by comparison, the research of the flight safety crime will involve five parts, including abstract, the subject of crime, the criminal act, the subjective guilt,and the standard of criminal accomplishment. In the five aspects, the paper will comparatively study problems of the macro and micro aspect concerning flight safety of crime.
