Judicial independence and freedom of the public opinion is two different value orientation of society.They marke the process of democracy and rule. Judicial activity’spublic supervision means people can supervise and limit judicial activities through the media in order to conform judicial justice.As one of the most important tool to supervise public power, the media is very common.Courts trials one case independently means the judge "base on facts and the rule of law ", free from any interference from the outside.Social contradictions end in court.The court ensures justice of judicial. The supervision of media and the judicial organ’s intrinsic have the same valve.The valve is ensure fairness and justice.In theory,media and the judicial organs should be a interaction relations.But in real life, they are the opposite state.The article content is a study of the relationship between the public opinion supervision and the independence of judiciary.Thia paper consists of 5 charters.
