The Research Of The Ideological And Political Work To Non-public Economy Individuals Of United Front Work Department From The Perspectice Of Party Adaptation Theory

With the proceeding of Chinese reform and opening-up, Non-public economy individuals went up on the stage of history,and gradually became the new social stratum. While the Non-public economy shows a rapid development trend,Non-public economy individuals posses economic strength,social influence,number large and political claim. To improve the work of united,service,guide,educate Non-public economy individuals are related to the development of the United Front under the new situation,and the consolidation of CPC’s class basis and the development of CPC’s mass basis. That requires to develop the advantages of United Front work on CPC’s political work and mass work,to take the Non-public economy individuals work as the main content of United Front work,to promote broad consensus and firm common ideal with the work of ideological and political work to Non-public economy individuals. Particularly,there were profound changes of Non-public economy individuals,such as group composition,ideological state,self-quality,growth environment,in the context of economic development into new normal and comprehensively promoting the rule of law.United Front Work meeting of Central Committee of CPC and <Working Regulations of United Front Work of the Communist Party of China> put forward new requirements to the ideological and political work.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. In this part,the author described the problems,object and significance,resources and framework,core concepts,status,idea and method of research,and the innovation and limitation of this paper.The second part discussed the important significance,the work objective and tasks,and the main content of the United Front Work Department’s ideological and political work to Non-public economy individuals combinede with Party Adaptation Theory. The third part reviewed the main methods and progress situation of the United Front Work Department’s ideological and political work to Non-public economy individuals in resent years. Take the ideological and political work to Non-public economy individuals of the United Front Work Department of Jilin provincial Party committee as an example,the forth part analyzed the important issues in above work. The fifth part put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help to develop the theory of United Front and the development of theresearch and practices of the ideological and political work to Non-public economy individuals.
