The Study On The Absence And Improvement Of The Education Of The Minors Children About Imprisoned Father

As the "important person" in the parent-child relationship, the father plays an important role in promoting the development of children’s personality, social cognition and social ability. Many scholars have been calling for us to pay attention to the education of the father, the father and the mother should participate in family education, the use of their own advantages and characteristics of collaborative education of children, to promote the healthy and harmonious development of children’s physical and mental health.However, there is such a group of people, because of the special identity, it is difficult to play as the role of the father’s education, and they are in prison inmates. Their particularity mainly in three aspects: People’s freedom is limited, part of the right to be deprived, unable to carry out normal family life. One problem derived from these three aspects is children’s education. At present, China’s current law cann’t provide effective protection about the family education rights of prisoners, so the problem of the children education of prisoners has become a topic of concern in today’s society.This thesis use the writer’s company--one prison unit of Guangdong province as an example, based on the children’s education concept and the related theories, the prison education reform system, the transformation of prisoners in prison, the study on the the prisoner’s education idea, education time and the method of the education of the minors, and analyze the reasons of the absence, using their own advantages as first-line managers, through the introduction of the contents of the parent child education in the education reform, improve the concept of the children’s education in the prison, to help children in the education of their children’s education, at the same time in the legal framework for the reform of prisoners in prison and some of the rules and regulations to optimize and innovation, so that the transformation of active prisoners in prison, can take the initiative and to have more opportunities to communicate with their children, play their educational role, try to reduce their children’s education because of their prison sentences, and can be more active and effective investment in children’s education after he was released. Not only the confession of repentance in prison, grasping labor skills, can also have a new understanding and mastery of the family problems, especially in the education of children and parents, reducing family conflicts, to promote family harmony, from another perspective to highlight the effectiveness of the transformation of the prison, and promote social harmony.
