The Reflection And Reform Of The Criminals Classification System Of Chinese Prison

The inmate classification system is according to the needs of management and reform of criminals to criminal characteristics, attributes for standard, were held,classification management and teaching, classification of the case of a prison system,is conducive to the strengthening of the prison management and improve the quality of criminals. This paper analyzes the current situation of the criminal classification system, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the system of foreign criminal classification, the author’s prison work practice, the history of the classification system, the status of the domestic and international criminal classification system, the reform of the prison system in china. At the same time, the problems existing in the current our country jail inmate classification system analysis, to identify constraints where the criminal classification system, from the improved classification standard, strengthen the professional institutions and team building, to build a scientific classification tools do preliminary conception, in order to provide some practical reference for perfecting our country jail inmate classification system.
