Research On The People Management Of Public Institutions

People management is "people-oriented" management, regard the development of the staffs in the enterprise as a basic task management. People management plays an important role in the development of institutions. Based on previous studies, we use qualitative and quantitative methods of humane management to study the situation of Ainstitutions’people managementin the form of questionnaires to conduct data collection.This paper summarizes the theories and the people who manage the present management of the current research, analyzes people management in institutions to implement an inevitable trend.
