People management is "people-oriented" management, regard the development of the staffs in the enterprise as a basic task management. People management plays an important role in the development of institutions. Based on previous studies, we use qualitative and quantitative methods of humane management to study the situation of Ainstitutions’people managementin the form of questionnaires to conduct data collection.This paper summarizes the theories and the people who manage the present management of the current research, analyzes people management in institutions to implement an inevitable trend. Secondly, the people and institutions of the status quo A Management for analysis, using questionnaire methods to collect relevant data from the four aspects of management philosophy, staff training, assessment and promotion, incentives and institutions in the analysis of the A people management aspects of existence The main problem, and we analysis the main reasons of these problems arisingboth from history and reality to resolve the major problems and the impact for the A institutions. The third part draws foreign and some domestic enterprises in the people management aspects of outstanding cases and inspiration to our institution brings. Finally, A corresponding change in the unit design methods, and from the organization, personnel and institutional implementation of people management make the appropriate protection.The main results of this research are:First, the status quo of the present investigation institutions people management, people management outlines the problems and cause of the problem; the second is based on existing theories for institutions to design appropriate people management People improved management methods, in order to improve a unit of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of people contribute.
