Mao Zedong’s Shapement On Party Culture Of CPC

Political party culture, which is formed in the long-term process of political practice and widely recognized by majority of a party’s members, is the combination of ideology, party style, party system and the party image that different from other political parties. It is the prop and soul of a party. Communist Party of China is a remarkable political party with excellent party culture, the history of it is a glorious history of constant construction and shapement of good party culture. Mao Zedong Thought is the dominant ingredient in the party culture of CPC, in spite of Mao Zedong Thought is the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China, no one can deny that the key role in which Mao Zedong himself played. Therefore, a study on the Communist Party of China’s culture, we must insist on the combination of the two-point theory and focus on unity, namely must make it clear that the prominent position of Mao Zedong in shaping the Communist Party of China’s culture. The purpose of doing so is not only for theoretical consideration of party’s cultural phenomenon, more importantly, to provide valuable experience for the construction and development of the party.The main contents of this paper:The first chapter is the summary of the basic concepts of party culture, compares and analyzes the difference and relation between party culture and political culture, and defines the scientific content of the Communist Party of China’s culture. This chapter expounds three basic conditions of Mao Zedong’s shapement on party culture of CPC, namely theoretical foundation, historical foundation and dynamic foundation.The second chapter presents the content of Mao Zedong’s shapement on Communist Party of China’s culture specifically, and launches the elaboration from four dimensions of party ideology, party style, party system and party image.The third chapter analyzes the path of Mao Zedong’s shapement on party culture of CPC, and has three paths for specific interpretation, namely strengthen the inner-party ideological education, improve the party’s art propaganda and establish advanced models.The fourth chapter is a general comment on Mao Zedong’s shapement of CPC’s party culture. The first part is characteristic analysis, it includes innovation, nationality and people. The second part is the functional explanation, it includes political integration, cultural heritage. The third part is contemporary enlightenment, it includes adhere the spirit of inherit and innovation, play the united effect of ideology.
