With the increasing liveliness of electronic science and technology and internet in the nongovernmental debit and credit market, the internet finance, such as P2P lending and the balance of treasure, has brought about the wave of internet loan. This kind of capital has a great circulation and has an increasingly profound influence upon finance. Thus, it is of great significance to make research into the utilization of electronic data in the nongovernmental debit and credit. With the thriving of nongovernmental debit and credit and the internet finance, borrowing and repaying has resulted in a lot of debit and credit disputes and civil litigations. In the Supreme People’s Court’s Interpretation of Applying the Law of Civil Procedure of the People’s Republic of China which came into force on February 4,2015, there are relatively detailed provisions on electronic data. this thesis takes the utilization of electronic data in nongovernmental debit and credit litigation as its theme, which has the characteristics of the time and is vital to improve the law and rules of litigation, to guarantee the lawful rights and interests of the parties, and to maintain the social stability.
