The Admissibility Of Electronic Evidence

With the rapid development of network and computer technology, electronic evidence in the legal status of life has become increasingly important. Yet objectivity standards, rules on electronic evidence collection, what is the original and other issues is still not very clear, electronic evidence admissibility standard remains a problem. Legislation lacks relevance, effectiveness, operational, clear solution and Sufficient rigidity Terms. This paper discusses what is electronic evidence,what are the classification of electronic evidence and what are the characteristics of electronic evidence and manifestations, and then discuss the admissibility of electronic evidence standards.In this process, the author make a distinction between the definition of audio-visual material and electronic evidence. In this paper three standard admissibility of electronic evidence was also discussed. Finally, for the current problems I put forward some ideas. I hope the discussion and analysis of this article can provide some valuable reference for electronic evidence admissibility standard legal.
