In recent years, China’s rights protest events increase day by day, and it has become a prominent problem affecting China’s social stability and economic development. Some typical rights protest events, such as collective petitions, strikes as well as march, bring more serious economic loss, and disturb the normal order of our society. There are many reasons that the rights protest events are produced, but mainly due to two aspects:the damage of the interests of citizens and the weakness of the party and government’s Authority and the ability of social management. Also, the endless rights protest events challenge the social management of government. Therefore, to analyze the origin and characteristics of our country’s rights protest events, as well as challenges to our government social management ability, put forward the countermeasures of the government to the struggle of the event, in order to enhance the ability of the government to deal with the struggle of emerge in an endless stream of events, it has become extremely important.
