The Research Of "family, Private Ownership And National Origin"

The paper starts from the interpretation of Engels’ "Family, Private ownership And National Origin"(hereinafter refers to as the "origin") and focus on four aspects.Firstly, it discussed the purpose of writing on "origin". The paper holds the opinion that Engels wrote "Origins" has three purposes. The first reason is to take criticism idealist conception of history and theory of the state. Then it wanted to further improve and develop the theoretical system of historical materialism and the Marxist theory of the state. The third reason is to take better guide to proletarian revolutionary struggle. Secondly, the paper discusses the main idea that "Origins" contains. They are as follows:firstly systematic presentation of "two kind of productions"; reveal the origin and evolution of family forms; reveal the root cause of private property and class; reveal the origin, nature, characteristics, forms and the law of development of the countries. Thirdly, the paper combined the relevant ideas in "origin" and explored its historical status in the history of the development of Marxism. Finally, this paper associates with the status of contemporary social development in China, focusing on the discussion of the "origin" of contemporary value from a practical sense. This paper thought that the relevant ideas in the "origin" is of great significance to guide the economic construction, adjust the population reproduction, construct harmonious family,reform ownership and improve the role of the state.
