Research On Legal Problems Of Foreign Adoption Conditions

With the increase of foreign adoption cases, the countries involved are increased substantially. Adoption belong to family law, are subject to a variety of factors combined effect of political, economic, cultural, religious, historical situation of the country and so the existence and development, certainly by different factors will lead to national laws in respect of foreign adoption there will be a huge difference in regulations, conflict of laws in respect of foreign adoptions between countries it is inevitable. For China, though foreign adoption started later than developed countries, but because of different national conditions, it develop fast. In full knowledge of the various legislative systems and more comprehensive international foreign adoption after the latest trends, China’s foreign adoption system may also be related to this draw, so perfect to enrich the country’s foreign adoption system.Writing this paper, after analyzing the differences of Chinese and foreign conditions of foreign adoption, find some problems Chinese foreign adoption conditions that exist, and gives some suggestions to the legislation of Chinese foreign adoption.
