This system is aiming at the training and education of specialists in this area. This thesis makes a research in the main problem to design the simulation experiment system of determination state secrets. The author put forward that determin confidential matters’s rank by harmfulness assessment of confidential matters. For the problem of determination the level of state secrets, the author put forward that calculate the similarity of the secret documents and confidential matters range by using vector space model to choose the level of state secrets. The author propose the method to solve the questions assessed by the experiment, which is used by the assessment and calculation of the similarities of the questions’ meaning or forms. On the base of which main problem was shoveled, we could make a system design in the aspects of MVC frame, functions, database. Last but not least, we could realize the simulation experiment system by the key calculation designed by process and code work.Simulation experiment system of determination state secrets provides experimental teaching platform for students majoring security management. According to the real situation, students simulate process of determination state secrets work, which mastering the theoretical knowledge in the experiment.
