Research On The Government Supervision Of Special Funds For The Development Of Cultural Industry

In order to promote industrial structure optimization, increasing the size of government financial support for special funds to promote the development of cultural industries. This highlights the extensive special fund regulatory system is imperfect and management. Although the state has promulgated a number of laws and regulations, but because our government funds for such special regulatory system is not perfect, has not yet formed a complete government regulatory mechanism. Therefore, the current awareness and research industry development funds in the problems of government regulation, combined with China’s national conditions, the formation of a market economic system to adapt to industry development funds monitoring mechanism has become an urgent problem.In this paper, the theory of government regulation, financial supervision and management as the theoretical foundation, erected cultural industry development funds of government regulation of the theoretical model.
