On The Effectiveness Of Idological And Political Education In Community Governance

In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee the party clearly put forward the "social management system innovation, improve the level of social governance" requirements. With the transition of social governance situation, improve the level of community governance has attracted more and more attention. From the perspective of community ideological and political education effectiveness of community governance, to solve the existing ideological and political education work of community governance problems in the process, improve the level of community governance. This investigation is to Qingyuan community, Wan Chun community and Mirror Lake City Community Residents questionnaires for 250, of which 150 copies of paper questionnaires,100 online questionnaires, the final recovery questionnaire 245, of which 243 valid questionnaires, effective questionnaire rate was 97.2%. Using SPSS statistical software to analyze the questionnaire, questionnaire based on the analysis the current problems of community governance in Ideological and political education, according to the survey, it is found that the proposed countermeasures to enhance the validity of Ideological and political education in community governance.The content of this paper is divided into five parts. The fourth part proposed countermeasures to improve the validity of Ideological and political education in Community Governance:enhance the education objective validity, to leading Party building community governance; enhanced the content of education effectiveness to meet the actual needs of the residents; enhance the effectiveness of education method innovation of Ideological and political education means; enhance the effectiveness of education object, to improve the participation of residents; enhancing the effectiveness of the subject of education and establish the mechanism of encouraging community.
