Research On The Environment Of Ideological And Political Education In Kunming Urban Communities

Ideological and political education is carried out under certain space-time conditions.The process,method and effect of ideological and political education are always restricted and influenced by certain environment.The subject of ideological and political education has always attached great importance to the influence of environment,and has achieved fruitful results.This paper,based on the general theory of ideological and political education environment,specialized Kunming urban community ideological and political education environment,combined general and special methods,through the typical case studies,summarized the new changes of ideological and political education environment in Kunming urban community,revealed the problems existed,put forward the optimization countermeasures to improve the effect of ideological and political education.This paper is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,and clarifies the research objective,content,ideas and basic framework.The second part is the general theory of urban community ideological and political education environment.Mainly sorted out the theories of ideological and political education environment,urban community ideological and political education environment,urban community ideological and political education environment optimization.Based on the theory of ideological and political education environment,the author gives a definition of urban community ideological and political education environment which can be emotional environment,eligibility environment,controllable environment.All the three environment is impacted by material conditions,social economic condition,the democratic politics development factors,cultural factors.This part aims to lay theoretical foundation for the full text.The third part is the empirical research,which studies the present situation of ideological and political education environment in urban communities of Kunming.I selected Taoyuan,Sanheying and Luolonghu community as research object,combining with the characteristics of Yunnan province,and explore the new changes of urban community ideological and political education environment,summarized the the status and effect of Kunming urban community ideological and political education environment,and analyzes its deficiencies.The fourth part is the environment optimization part,aiming at the existing inadequacies,puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the urban community ideological and political education environment.Through the theory and practice explored in this paper,the author summarized the following conclusions: The aims of regional international city,national civilized city,representative of national unity city,ecological civilization construction and new urban strategic target brought new changes for the ideological and political education environment.The rate of Kunming urban community ideological and political education environment construction residents satisfaction is good,and showing a sensible,adaptable,and controllable environment.The three communities,as typical cases,provide typical experiences for other communities in kunming.Of course,the ideological and political education environment of urban communities in Kunming also existed some deficiencies: such as limited space conditions and aging infrastructure lead to material conditions that can not fully meet the residents daily needs,community credibility needs to be improved,network environment has to be optimized,national unity and spiritual civilization construction needs to be deepened and strengthened.Besides stability of community staff,lack of innovation awareness and low participation of residents form the shortcomings of community work is also a problem.It is necessary to transform the old community into beautify,effective community,expand the community space,integrate the excellent culture,create the community characteristics,optimize material conditions and enhance environmental carrying capacity to promote the development of material conditions.It is also required to strengthen community functions,enhancing community credibility,purify network environment,build propaganda positions,strengthen and develop national culture,practice spiritual civilization and socialist core values,optimize social conditions and enrich environmental and cultural capabilities to promote the development of social conditions.Through strengthening organizational construction,building professional teams,cultivating innovation awareness,improving the effectiveness of education and residents’ participation,enriching activity content,optimizing organizational conditions to make up for the shortcomings of the community.
