A Study On The Problems Of Buying Abducted Children From Criminology Perspective

In recent years, with the increasing market demand of buyers, children transaction crime is getting worse. It has become an urgent problem to govern buyer’s market and to prevent the sale of children from the beginning. This article discusses reasons, harmfulness and control measures for buying children crime from criminology perspective.The first part analyzes the status of buying children crime. First is to analyze the status and the current crime law of buying children crime. Secondly, the summary of the characteristics and it’s prevention difficulties of this type of crime based on the current situation. Third part, which tries to give the public a correct understanding, is the deep analysis on the harmfulness of buying children crime,The second part discusses the reasons for buying child crime, which contains historical and cultural reasons, social reasons and individual psychology reasons. And those reasons are concluded mainly from the major factor in the formation of a crime-natural factors, social factors and personal factors.The third part is the control measures, which are based on the status, characteristics and formation reasons of this type of crime. This paper discusses those measures mainly from the perspective of improving policy system, exploring high-tech information technology, mobilizing the community to participate and improving the legal awareness of the public, and then tries to control and prevent buying children crime effectively with the minimum cost.
