Research On Xi Jinping’s Anti-corruption Thought Since The 18th National Congress Of CPC

Anti-corruption is a global and historic topic. In the world, all countries have corruption problems. The space span of corruption is vast; In history, at the beginning of private ownership, corruption follows. The time span of corruption is also vast. Therefore, anti-corruption shoulders heavy responsibilities. From a certain perspective, the human social history is a history of battle between corruption and the anti-corruption.CPC has always attached great importance to combating corruption and building a clean government, especially since the eighteenth National Congress of CPC, under the leadership of Xi Jinping,our party act rapidly in anti-corruption, which is called the new China’s anti-corruption storm. The anti-corruption hunt "tiger" and "fly". It is not only involved in the central and local, but also sweeps across every field. And it pays attention to prevention. "Put the power into the cage of regulation", which solves the problem of the anti-corruption sustaining.It promots anti-corruption by the law. This is unprecedented both in the new period of the process of China’s anti-corruption and in the history of new China, and it is also worthy for the first time in China’s five thousand years history.This article includes five chapters. The first chapter is that I carefully discuss the research background and meaning, and carefully organize the research present situation. This paper discusses the research methods and innovations, what we call the introduction.The second chapter focuses on the realistic foundation and theoretical basis of the Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought. Firstly, this paper expounds the realistic foundation of Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought, it includes two parts:the status enhancement in the world and the deepen reform in China; Secondly, we expound the theoretical basis of Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought. It includes three parts: the thought of clean government of marxism-leninism ideology, Chinese traditional thought and CPC.The third chapter carefully expounds the content of Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought, which is according to the theme "why combat corruption, who lead, whom rely on, by what strategy, how to anti-corruption". It mainly includes four parts:the necessity of anti-corruption, the dependence and leadership of the anti-corruption, the strategy and policy of anti-corruption, and the basic way of anti-corruption.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the characteristics of Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought, it concentrates on:firmness, scientificity, fairness, and people-oriented. Firstly, firmness is embodied in determination and action of anti-corruption; secondly, scientificity is embodied in the anti-corruption strategy and policy, preventing corruption, and utilizing thoughts. Thirdly, fairness is embodied in the corruption punishment and supervision, against privilege and anti-corruption by law. Lastly, people-oriented thought is embodied in protecting the interests of the people, strengthening the construction of style of work, relying on the masses of the people and adhering to the mass line.The fifth chapter carefully summarizes the significance of Xi jinping’s anti-corruption thought. In theory, it inherits and gives an innovation of the Marxist anti-corruption thought. It also enriches and perfects the theory of party building. In practice, it promotes the party to build a clean government and guides the current anti-corruption work; it protects the fundamental interests of the people to make social stability; it promotes reform to the deep water area and makes the people’s Sharing the achievement of the reform; it promotes the governance ability modernization and builds a socialist country in law; it realizes The Chinese Dream and promotes the implementation of four comprehensives.
