The officials to seize additional revenue and create the grey political capital by transporting the interests of businessmen, for their careers looking for a shortcut. Therefore, the phenomenon that Shan Xi official collusion between officials and businessmen, black-box operation, trading power for money is particularly serious, it needs us pay a more attention to it. In this paper, starting with the typical cases of official corruption from Shan Xi, comprehensive display the present situation of corruption in various areas, levels and characteristics(multi-subject of crime, latent crime, and criminal groups, etc.) and the effect of the performance. And on this basis, from the historical and cultural origins, institutional vulnerabilities, poor supervision, the lack of legal and other aspects, the author has carried on the thorough analysis and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of corruption in Shan Xi, with a view to help the current anti-corruption practice of Shan Xi.
