The Collusion Between The Government And Corruption

Our China has been one of the members of the WTO, and the socialistic economy construction has made resplendent achievements. However, some civil servants and officials are abusing the power from the people, leading crimes which breach the tenet of the Chinese Communist, do harm to the whole country and the people, and contrive to get self梚nterests. Among these, the collusion between the officials and the illegal trade organization to get the self ?interests, which is railed "the collusion between the officials and business man" , can be taken for granted to be the representative. This economic blockade will undermine the prestige of our Party and government , impress the crowd badly, embarrass the development of the market economy. The paper aims to analyzing the phenomena of the subterranean economy and the corruption of the duty, and finding the rule of its development, the erosion to the thoughts of the people from the non-proletarian Weltanschauung which causes the confusion of political arena, the belief crisis, and the decline of the government credit standing. All of these, make our anticorruption tasks muchmore difficult. During the period of the system---------reforms, the lack of effective system ofpower restriction and supervising offers the space and chance to the corruption. So, this paper put forward some realistic theories, including the changing the function of the government, developing social democracy, and above all above all governing the country by law. Thus, the phenomenon of corruption can be kept within limits mostly.
