Research On The Construction Of Intellident Platform For The Community Service For The Aged In Shanghai

With Shanghai’s increasingly serious aging problem, the effective supply of elderly care services has become a serious problem.To build an intelligent platform community-based care services, to ease the supply and demand mismatch effective initiatives is to improve the Shanghai social care service system, it is an important task,but also an important theoretical problem of pension services in the field of intelligence.Shanghai’s existing pension intelligent service model show “for their own business”, the fragmented pattern of lack of services between the main supply of effective collaboration,this situation is not only the lack of efficient use of resources, but also a serious impediment to the Shanghai intelligence construction of pension services.This paper uses the theory of welfare pluralism theory and integration theory to analyze the intelligent community endowment service platform constructed of community care; applying analyzing method and regression and other statistical methods of case interview society analysis the actual operation situation of the elderly in Shanghai intelligent status of endowment service needs and the existing intelligent pension service model and the deeper causes of Shanghai intelligent pension service resources uneffectively used; Researching the pension service model application cases of domestic and foreign intelligence and its’ enlightenment to Shanghai, in order to find out the construction of Shanghai community service intelligent platform of ideas, and then build a smart community service platform, and made a analysis of sustainable development on the platform, puts forward the Countermeasures of Shanghai community endowment service intelligent platform.Papers presented intelligence community care service platform is a new service model in existing of three main suppliers, government pension, social organizations andcommunity, which will be the basis of social intelligence technology to community-based care services, and its essence is to achieve the government, social organizations and effective collaboration with the main supply of community service and other integrated care service resources, and ultimately enhance the community care service which delivery efficiency goals. Proposed should follow the “service object-oriented,community-based”, the idea of building and of “sustainable development, system design,and social and economic development compatible, easy to operate”, the principles of constructing, step by step to build intelligent platform to create scientific operational mechanism and mode of operation.
