The Structure Of The Crime Of Drug Trafficking And Identified

Drug problem has become a worldwide problem.At present, there are more than 200 million people in use of drugs in the world.Drug users are in more than two hundred countries and regions.China is also facing such a severe social drug problem. There are 1.794 million drug addicts registered. In drug crimes, drug trafficking acts for the high concealment, high profit and great harms to the society has always been paid attention by the judicial offices. But for a long time, due to the lack of legal basis and legal means, there is much controversy over the problems of the crime of drug trafficking in the judicial practice. Great difficulties exit in the detection and handling work.The Supreme People’s Court issued the national court drug crimes symposium summary in judicial work on May 28,2015.The Summary unified the big controversy over the crime of drug trafficking. In this paper, the author cites several real cases of the crime of drug trafficking handled in his work.The author analyzes the controversial issues and solves them combining with the judicial practice. The article is divided into two parts.The first part includes the basic constitution of crime of drug trafficking. The second part is to solve controversial issues of crime of drug trafficking,combining with the practical cases.
