On the side of system,we need to take measures to protect the minors.At present, our country has focus on the public authority involved in guardianship, such as the civil administration department has establish some pilot regions to protect the minors、there are many rules about protecting the minors in the Law against domestic violence.It’s means that our country is ready to promote the public authority deeply involved in guardianship in different ways, and make full use of its advantages.The public authority deeply involved in guardianship is a trend in the development of the minor guardianship system. However, in the guardianship of minors, our authorities intervene to protect but also a serious shortage. This article based on the current situation of the minors guardianship system to maximize the interests of minors as a starting point, we found the shortage of the statute of the minor guardianship system. Therefore, put forward the necessarily of state power directly involved in the minor guardianship system. Take a comparative approach, Taking the foreign legislative experiences for reference proposing suggestions about build-up guardianship system and the monitoring system, establish and improve the public rights involved in the minors guardianship system. Provide the minors with an assured healthy development.
