Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of market economy, economic crime has been showing rapid development momentum. Our country’s economic crimes in the type of many species, in the means more and more hidden and complex, in the region are also increasingly to the border area is the development of backward areas, have considerable harm to the economic development and social stability. In recent years, development of Yanbian economy is fast, but the phenomenon of Yanbian regional economic crime has increased. Although the Yanbian area departments cooperate with each other on the Yanbian economic crime are resolutely crack down, made a lot of achievements, but still emerge in an endless stream of economic crime, not fundamentally solved, which has become a serious social problem. This not only affects the development of Yanbian economy and improvement of people’s living standard, but also influence the stability and harmony of society in Yanbian. Therefore, we must fundamentally and comprehensively strengthen the economic crimes in Yanbian research and management, not only from the source to strengthen prevention, and intensify efforts to deal with the crime, sustainable development can promote economic development in Yanbian area, conducive to the realization of the construction of harmonious society. In this paper, the Marx doctrine guidance, especially in the statistical data of Marx’s economic theory and the full and accurate basis, using the literature research method, the method of combining theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods of Yanbian economic crime governance and economic development conducted in-depth research.This paper first discusses the purpose and significance of the research, this paper studies the dynamic and new ideas in this thesis and research methods. And then.summarize the theories related to the economic crimes, economic crimes, respectively, from the concept of the party’s economic crime theory, in-depth study of economic crime control status and effect. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper is based on the actual situation in Yanbian, through the analysis of economic crimes in Yanbian, points out the characteristics of economic crimes in Yanbian, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of governance in the economic crime. Finally, put forward countermeasures to deal with economic crimes, pointed out that the Yanbian region to strengthen the governance of economic crime from four aspects, namely, to establish economic crime prevention and control system, improve the departments of economic investigation police business ability, to create a good environment for the rule of law, strengthen the management of cross-border economic crimes, provide a good environment for the economic development of Yanbian.
