Since China’s reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of economy in our country, the country to improve the livelihood of the people’s attention increasingly. The construction of a harmonious society, for the general public to provide happier working and living environment has become a top priority in a country’s development. Philanthropy is established on the basis of voluntary, for the social public, especially vulnerable groups, provides gratuitous aid, its role in the social development appeared constantly and improve, has become an important force in building a harmonious society.In recent years, however, the development of charity in China appeared a lot of resistance, such as the charity "Guo Meimei incident", Shang de exposure "donation fraud" and a series of events, the public credibility of our charity made a tremendous challenge, makes charity relief effect can not be effectively play, restricted the healthy development of charity. Therefore, this paper discusses factors that influence the healthy development of the charitable organization improve the charitable organization’s credibility, become a problem to be solved.Through literature research, this paper constructs the charity organization credibility influence factor model, the influence factors can be divided into five categories: satisfaction with assistance object accuracy, assistance, financial management system, aid timeliness and utilization, charity, ability of information disclosure. On the basis of hypothesis formation, questionnaire survey and design. For three cities in Hebei province the social public, the object of relief and charity organization survey data, the empirical analysis the following conclusions: rescue object accuracy positively related to the charity organization credibility; Rescue satisfaction was positively related with charity organization credibility; Positively related to the financial management system and the charity organization credibility; Charity information disclosure ability was positively related with charity organization credibility; Aid timeliness and utilization and charity organization credibility are related.According to the research conclusion, put forward the following countermeasures: to ensure the accuracy of the charity relief object; Charity relief behavior standardization construction, improve the satisfaction of citizens for charitable organizations; To strengthen the propaganda of philanthropy, and guide the public a correct understanding charity; Timely relief supplies, standardize behavior, improve the utilization efficiency of aid; Continue to increase the ability of information disclosure of charitable organizations, to improve the transparency of charity. In order to improve the credibility of Chinese charity.
