Discuss Our Country Food Safety Crime Of Criminal Law

Food is a necessity in our daily lives, is the material basis of human survival and development. In recent years, food safety issues continued to be exposed very serious to people’s lives and health and social order to bring great harm. Food safety and people’s lives, the community has paid great attention to food safety field of criminal law also set the corresponding charges, recent changes in the provisions of the Criminal Law Amendment Eight on food safety crime shows our current efforts to crack down on crime in food safety determination and confidence, this paper analyzes the relevant aspects of the existing criminal law, and further understanding of the relevant provisions of food safety crimes, the final implementation of the criminal law to protect food safety.This paper mainly from four aspects of criminal regulation of food safety crimes were investigated. The first part of Shenyang selling "poison bean sprouts" case of the whole case reviewed. The second part of the focus of debate with case on a legal analysis of the case.
