Analysis Of The Path Of People’s Mediation In Education Dispute

In this paper, the analysis of the path of the people’s mediation of education disputes, in order to make the path more perfect. This article is divided into four parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the origin, purpose and content of the study, the definition lated concepts, literature review, research significance, research methods and ideas. Among them, the literature review, mainly from two aspects, one part is about the path of education dispute resolution; the other is about the people’s mediation research summary. The theoretical significance and practical significance of this study are clarified.The second chapter is about the basic outline of the path of the people’s mediation in the education dispute. In this part, the path of the people’s mediation of education disputes is outlined as four parts: the purpose, principles, procedures and legal effect of the path of the people’s mediation in education dispute, which lays the foundation for the theory.The third chapter is about the problems and causes of the people’s mediation path of education dispute. This part introduces the basic situation of the Chinese education dispute people’s mediation path, then of education dispute people’s mediation path of its existing short board, education dispute mediation system path, educational disputes mediation path of approval proposed problems and analyze the reasons, so as to provide theory basis for the countermeasures and suggestions.The fourth chapter is about the empirical analysis of the people’s mediation of education disputes. This part through some cases, carries on the analys to the path of people’s mediation in Chinese education dispute, according to the theory, find out the problems and shortcomings and to analyze the reasons and therefore put forward countermeasures and suggestions provided good basis in fact.The fifth chapter is the strategy that improve the people’s mediation education. This part through to improve and enhance the authority of the people’s mediation path, set up a relatively perfect education dispute mediation mechanism establishment system, people’s mediation start and procedure system, establish more clearly the people’s mediation system, the mediation agreement effectiveness system and relevant financial security system. It will improve recognition of the people’s mediation education disputes and to play a practical role in this path.
