With the development progress of commodity economy, large-scale supermarket has increasingly become the main sales channels. Large retailers has perfect facilities, changing the lives of our customers. In order to increase economic profit transfer operating costs, large retailers always over charge slotting allowance, delay the payments and restrict the price that suppliers sell to other retailers or customers. The abuse of the relative dominance breaks the deal between retailers and suppliers, contrary to equality, fairness, integrity and market principles, damaging the interests of suppliers and consumers. Therefore, we should give full attention to these issues. Our current regulation has not yet formed a complete system for this issues. "The regulation of the trade between retailers and suppliers " is more targeted to this issues,playing a role in restricting the abuse of the relative dominance of the large retailers. There is no clear regulation on the relative superiority status in the present law of our country. "Anti Unfair Competition Law" and "anti monopoly law" do not meet the requirements. This paper is aimed at the deficiency and limitation of the present situation and the different viewpoints of the academic point, with the current regulation,compared between the "Anti Unfair Competition Law" and "anti monopoly law",put forward regulations to solve this issues.The paper can be divided into five parts.The first part analyses the case to the show problem. The second part analyses the impact of the abuse of the relative dominance of large retailers. The third part summaries the research status of the regulation and points out deficiency of study of retailers regulating.The forth part is the specific regulatory recommendations.This part includes three aspects,including filling of the legal content, the perfection of the department rules and other preventive measures.The last part summarize the development of the present problem, expressing the idea of regulationa and hoping that effective mechanisms will be found to help resolving theseproblems.
