Internet Pornography Crime Governance Research

Nowadays, with the constant improving of social science,network technology has been making continuous breakthroughs. Therefore, using internet to commit pornography crime is more rampant, which brings serious harm to the society. Then how to combat and prevent the network pornography crime has become a topic that worth being explored. I will elaborate on the network pornography crime in this article:The first part is an overview of the network pornography crime. First is to research on the related domestic and foreign cases, summarize how the their laws and scholars define network pornography crime, and according to the difference, I wiil give the definition of the network pornography crime based on absorbing foreign experience combined with China’s practical situation.Secondly, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the network pornography crime, this paper will classifie and describe the forms of the network pornography crime. At last, the paper introduces the harmfulness of the network pornography crime to the society.The second part are the causes to this crime and problems of dealing with it. First is to analyze what are the specific reasons for the network pornography, and make it so rampant. Second part are the problems of the provisions of the network law and the actual situation of the crime in our country.Finally, to illustrate the shortness of dealing with this crime in our country through actual cases.The third par is to improve how to deal with the network pornography crime. The full range of research on such crimes, from the upper level legislation to government regulation, from the governance of science and technology to the participation of the whole people, are the ways to crack down on network pornography crime.
